Treatments Available

We provide a wide spectrum of evidence-based therapies, customized to each patient’s condition:

  • Chemotherapy: Use of powerful medicines (oral or intravenous) to stop or kill cancer cells.

  • Radiation Therapy: Targeted high-energy rays for localized treatment, especially for lymphomas.

  • Targeted Therapy: Precision drugs directed at genetic or molecular abnormalities in cancer cells.

  • Immunotherapy: Monoclonal antibodies, checkpoint inhibitors, and CAR-T cell therapy that harness the immune system to fight cancer.

  • Stem Cell/Bone Marrow Transplant: Replacement of diseased marrow with healthy stem cells from the patient (autologous) or a donor (allogeneic).

  • Supportive & Palliative Care: Comprehensive management of pain, infections, nutrition, and psychological well-being.

  • Clinical Trials: Access to emerging therapies and next-generation treatment protocols.

Conditions Treated

Leukemia

A cancer of the bone marrow that leads to abnormal growth of white blood cells. It reduces immunity and causes infections, anemia, or bleeding. Includes acute and chronic leukemias, each requiring distinct treatment protocols.

Lymphoma

Originates in the lymphatic system and affects lymphocytes (a type of white blood cell). Two main types are Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Symptoms include persistent swollen lymph nodes, fever, weight loss, or fatigue.

Myeloma (Multiple Myeloma)

A cancer of plasma cells that weakens bones, impairs kidneys, and disrupts blood formation. Modern therapies significantly improve prognosis and quality of life.

Diagnosis

Accurate and early diagnosis forms the cornerstone of hemato-oncology. Our diagnostic capabilities include:

  • Clinical Evaluation: Assessing signs like fatigue, infections, unexplained bruising, or lymph node swelling.

  • Blood Tests: Complete blood count (CBC), blood smear, biomarkers for abnormal cells.

  • Bone Marrow Aspiration & Biopsy: Essential for classification and staging of leukemia and myeloma.

  • Lymph Node Biopsy: Key for confirming lymphoma.

  • Imaging Studies: PET, CT, MRI, and X-rays for disease mapping.

  • Molecular & Genetic Tests: Cytogenetics, FISH, PCR to identify gene mutations and guide targeted therapy.

  • Spinal Fluid Analysis: Performed when CNS involvement is suspected.

Some types (like certain leukemias and lymphomas) are curable, while others can be controlled long-term with modern therapies. Cure or remission depends on the type, stage, and individual health.

Through a combination of blood tests, bone marrow biopsy, imaging scans, and advanced genetic tests.
