Who is a Gynaecologic Oncologist?

A gynaecologic oncologist is a specialist in gynecology trained to manage cancers of the reproductive system. Their role is not just limited to performing surgeries but also involves comprehensive consultation, treatment planning, chemotherapy, radiation, targeted therapies, and follow-up care. At Yashoda Medicity, our oncologists focus on treating cancer while caring for the woman as a whole.
