Yashoda Medicity Completes One Year of Healing, Innovation, and Global Healthcare Excellence
Delivering specialized medicine requires more than advanced technology. It demands clinical expertise, patient-centred compassion, and caring emotional support. Reflecting this commitment, Yashoda Medicity marks its first anniversary by expanding quaternary care across Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, pan-India, and internationally. Carrying forward the 35-year legacy of the Yashoda Group of Hospitals, designed for a planned capacity of 1,200 beds, the institution was formally inaugurated on 26 October 2025 by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, alongside Union Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath, Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Smt. Anupriya Patel, and Hon'ble UP Deputy Chief Minister & Minister for Medical Education Shri Brajesh Pathak.
Today, under the leadership of Dr. P.N. Arora (Chairman & Managing Director) and Dr. Upasana Arora (Managing Director), the hospital continues to set benchmarks across specialised patient care, advanced treatments, and community health initiatives.
Driven by Leadership and Patient-Centered Care
Yashoda Medicity's founding principle centres on combining high-end clinical capabilities with compassionate care. Leadership emphasises ethical governance, patient safety, and accessible medical outcomes above all else.
"The first year of Yashoda Medicity has been about establishing a strong foundation for advanced, comprehensive healthcare, with clinical capabilities, modern infrastructure, and specialised expertise in place from the outset. As we enter our second year, our focus is on building on this foundation, expanding access to advanced treatment, further developing our specialised services, and ensuring that more patients can benefit from quality healthcare closer to home."
— Dr. P.N. Arora, Chairman & Managing Director, Yashoda Group of Hospitals

Extending Healthcare Beyond Hospital Walls
True medical leadership requires strengthening healthcare accessibility across communities. Yashoda Medicity has initiated key public health collaborations and emergency response programs over the past year:
1. AI-Enabled E-ICU Command Centre
Inaugurated in February 2026 by Union Health Minister Shri J.P. Nadda, this flagship initiative connects critical care specialists at Yashoda Medicity directly with MMG District Hospital. The centralised remote platform enables real-time monitoring and specialist guidance for critically ill patients in public healthcare settings.
2. Dedicated Thalassemia Care Centre
Established in May 2026, this specialised centre offers comprehensive care for patients living with inherited blood disorders. Services include specialist consultations, blood transfusions, iron chelation therapy, genetic counselling, carrier screening, antenatal testing, and Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) evaluations.
3. Cardiac Emergency Response ('Rep Se Rescue Tak')
Launched on World Heart Day in September 2026, this initiative trained over 70 fitness trainers and gym professionals across Delhi NCR to identify suspected cardiac events, initiate CPR, and coordinate emergency medical response before hospital admission.
4. Trauma First Response Preparedness
Organised in October 2026 alongside the Indian Society for Trauma and Acute Care (ISTAC), this initiative trained nearly 100 first responders, police officers, axnd community members in scene safety, haemorrhage control, airway management, and pre-hospital rescue techniques.
"The true measure of a hospital’s growth lies in its impact on people’s health. By improving access to specialised treatment, strengthening public healthcare linkages, and supporting early intervention, we aim to address critical gaps in care."
— Dr. Upasana Arora, Managing Director, Yashoda Group of Hospitals
