About Dr. R.K. Mani

Dr. Raj Kumar Mani has been a pioneering force in critical care and pulmonology for over four decades. He played a key role in introducing noninvasive ventilation and advancing ICU palliative care in India in 90's. His contributions span sepsis management, infection control, and ethical decision-making in terminal illness. He has led national efforts in shaping end-of-life care policy, contributing to Supreme Court judgments, legal reforms, and NABH standards. His work continues to influence clinical protocols, healthcare policy, and patient-centered care in intensive care units.
