Dr. P. N. Arora holds a humanitarian and dynamic face of a leader in the Indian healthcare industry. He has ushered Yashoda Super Speciality Hospitals (NABH & NABL accredited) since 1990 which now comprises bed strength of 700+ beds equipped with all futuristic amenities.
He is a postgraduate alumnus of Meerut University with LLB and was confabulated with Honorary Ph.D. from Teerthanker Mahaveer University. He started the Yashoda group of hospitals in the year 1990 carrying forward the following vision:
"To create a comprehensive & integrated world class healthcare facility with the best clinical practices & cutting edge technology with compassionate patient care".

Dr. Arora carries an inventiveness to channelize Indian Healthcare Services in an ethical & affordable manner with an emphasis on quality, service excellence, empathy & respect. He firmly believes in customizing healthcare solutions to vary socio-economic, geographic & demographic imperatives as the most appropriate way to handle the health anomalies of a a country; especially in the context of rural India.
He has been working with the missionary zeal to educate rural masses on medical education by frequently organizing camps to focus on issues like sanitation, personal hygiene, periodic medical checkups, nutrition, safe drinking water, female healthcare, childcare, basic life saving techniques (CPR, etc.), basic life support training & creation of village level health committees. Setting up an inspiring example before others from his professional domain, he has also adopted one village in Ghaziabad for uplifting their healthcare standards.
